Interview with Chaplain Colonel John Schumacher
Chaplain (Colonel) John Schumacher actively served the Charis Fellowship for over 52 years … 30 years on active duty as an Army Chaplain and for 22 years to more than 25 chaplains who served during his ministry as the endorser and as director of the Eagle Commission.
It is in his memory that we are providing a series of audio interviews conducted by Army Chaplain Pete Stone, recorded in 2015. In these podcasts, Chaplain Schumacher shares his call to serve as a chaplain and the challenges and opportunities of a lifetime of military service, personal, professionally and as a family.
